Info for Sponsors

Being a sponsor of the 2008 conference has several benefits.  Below are some of the details our sponsors will need regarding their promotional materials, etc.

Program Book Ads (Gold, Silver & Bronze)

2008 sponsors may submit either a full-page ad (Gold Sponsors) or a quarter-page ad (Silver and Bronze Sponsors) which will be included in the official conference program book.  For the ad specs, please click here.

Promotional Piece in the conference "Welcome Bags" (Gold & Silver)

  • Gold and Silver Sponsors may submit a promotional piece to be included in the welcome bags which will be given to each attendee.
  • The piece can be no larger than 8 1/2" x 11" and no thicker than 1/16".
  • The piece must be pre-approved by the conference.  Please contact  with any questions regarding this piece.
  • Following approval, 3000 pieces will be needed.  Upon approval, sponsors will be provided with the "ship to" address for these pieces.  They will need to arrive at the "ship to" address no later than April 1st in order to be included.

Exhibits (Gold, Silver)

  • Exhibit booths are reserved for sponsors.
  • Booths will be in open hallways throughout the conference facility in order to allow for maximum interaction with conference attendees.
  • For preliminary planning, sponsors should plan on a 6' x 8' booth space. 
  • Booths will not be assigned numbers for publications.  The maps which attendees receive will show exhibit areas; however, no booth numbers will be shown.
  • Booth spaces will include a table.  Sponsors are to provide their own coverings, decor, etc.
  • Exhibit materials can be shipped to First Baptist Church prior to the conference.  Deliveries will be accepted only in the two weeks prior to the conference. 
    • NOTE:  Do not ship materials until you receive a definite date from the conference staff.

Promotional Slides (Gold, Silver)

  • Promotional slides will be shown during breaks in the main auditorium.
  • Slides are to be submitted, in either PowerPoint or 800x600 jpg format, to  by March 7th.
  • Gold Sponsors may submit up to three slides.  Silver Sposors may submit one slide.

Promotional Video (Gold)

  • Gold Sponsors may submit a 30-second promotional video.
  • There are no specific specs for these videos other than the time constraint.
  • Videos are to be submitted on DVD and must be received by the conference no later than April 1st.
